Questions, answered
- How much time do I need to give?
- Flexible. Some volunteers help every matchday; others come for specific events or once a season. Let us know your preference and we'll match you to a role.
- What if I have no experience?
- No experience necessary. Our volunteer coordinator and team leads will brief you on the day. Most roles (gate, bar, food) are straightforward and rewarding.
- Do I get paid?
- Volunteering is unpaid, but you'll enjoy free clubhouse access on the day, post-match hospitality, and the satisfaction of keeping OARFC running.
- Can family members or friends volunteer together?
- Absolutely. Many families and friendship groups volunteer as a team. It makes the day even more enjoyable and strengthens our volunteer cohort.
