Privacy Policy

Old Albanian RFC (“we”, “us”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you submit an enquiry via this site, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide in the form. This may include:

- — Email address
- — Phone number
- — Path-specific fields (e.g. playing position, coaching experience, area of volunteering interest, sponsorship budget range)
- — Any free-text message you choose to include
We do not collect any data automatically beyond what is described in §5 (Analytics) below. We do not use cookies.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used only to:
- — Respond to your enquiry
- — Send you an automated acknowledgement email confirming we received your enquiry
We will not use your data for marketing, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or sell it under any circumstances.
3. Retention
Enquiry records are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry leads to an ongoing relationship with the club, relevant details may be transferred to our main club administration system and governed by a separate privacy notice.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate this site:
Resend
Transactional email provider used to deliver acknowledgement emails to you and notifications to the club. Your email address is passed to Resend solely for this purpose. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics. No personal data is collected and no cookies are set. Cloudflare does not build individual user profiles. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
This site does not use cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
